Career
Kai Hinrichsen studied Business Administration at the Business Academy in Lübeck, Economics and Organizational Sciences at the Helmut-Schmidt-University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg and and part-time Human Resource & Social Media Management at the Quadriga University in Berlin.
After his career as an Officer in the German Armed Forces, he initially worked as a management consultant in the IT sector and has held management positions in different Law Firms since 2011.
Kai Hinrichsen has been supporting the RPS TAX team as COO / Head of People & Culture since 2021. He also works for Bartsch Rechtsanwälte as Managing Director and is a board member of Advoselect Service-AG.
