With more than 40 years of experience in international tax law—including 23 years as a Tax Partner at PwC, where he served among other roles as Head of the German Tax Group in New York and as global lead for M&A tax advisory, as well as Senior Counsel at Baker McKenzie—Hans-Martin brings exceptional expertise across M&A, the mid-market, real estate, and private equity.
With his appointment, he and Dr. Oliver Klein form a uniquely complementary leadership duo at RPS TAX, combining international tax planning with practical, pragmatic solutions, risk management, and profit optimization at the highest level. Together, they will set new benchmarks in advising sophisticated domestic and international mandates.
